The above subscription prices are for use of the software on a Windows Server at a secure data center in the USA, or for use on a client's own Windows Server.  Purchase prices are for use on a client's own Windows Server computer. Subscription prices are for annual pre-payment, with a 10% premium for quarterly pre-payment. 

DALs (Device Access Licenses) are required for logins for shared data entry devices, such as a mobile computers or PCs equipped with barcode scanners.

CALs (Client Access Licenses) are required for operations manager/staff logins.

Note that per-user license fees are not required for individual material handlers, operators, or other production workers whose role is to capture the tracking data using shared devices (which have their own logins). Individual CALs are only required for managers and staff members who require their own logins to perform tasks such as entering work orders, purchase orders, and sales orders.

Other optional modules are priced at $1,200 or $1,800 to purchase, or $50/month or $75/month to subscribe, depending on the capabilities added by the optional module. Please click on the link at the bottom of the web-page to request a quotation for your specific requirements.

Please also note that:

• View-Only logins for a client's staff or a customer's staff to see the status of customer orders, jobs or inventory are free if BellHawk is purchased for installation on the clients own Windows Server but cost $10/month on a subscription basis.
• Licenses are not required to generate custom reports from the BellHawk SQL Server database using third party reporting packages such as Access, Crystal Reports, and SSRS.  Please note that the database is only accessible when BellHawk is installed on the client's own Windows Server
• Licenses to use  all the BellHawk software interface tools, such as Bell-Connector ($5,000 if purchased separately), are included with the base BellHawk Systems, when installed on a users own Windows Server computer.
• Clients are required to purchase at least one Software Support Bundle to pay for support needed from BellHawk Systems staff in installing and using the BellHawk software.
